Due to the current global pandemic, our delivery options are limited. After Deutsche Post and DHL (our shipping partners) announced at the end of March that there are delivery difficulties worldwide, it slowly looks like the situation is easing again.
Deliveries in Europe (with England, Switzerland, Norway etc.) do not have any serious delivery problems at the moment. However, there may be delays in delivery. More detailed information about all countries can be found at the end of this message.
Shipments to Canada, Mexico, Thailand, Russia, Japan, many parts of Africa and South America are possible again. Orders that we have in stock for these countries will be or have already been shipped. More information about the individual countries can be found at the end of this message.
To the USA can still only be shipped with DHL International. Due to the reduced flight capacity to the USA, DHL charges an additional 16€ per shipment to the USA (Crisis Surcharge). These are already included in the shipping costs.
Unfortunately there is still no shipping possibility to Australia and New Zealand.
More detailed information about the individual countries can be found at DHL under the following link in the section “International Mail and Parcel Services”.
