All our toys are made from body-safe, medical-grade, platinum-cured silicone. We only use pigments that are certified skin-safe and fully compatible with silicone. All raw materials are sourced exclusively within the EU to ensure high quality and compliance with strict safety standards.

Our standard firmness is Shore 00, labeled as “Standard” in our customization options. This firmness is soft, squishy, and pleasantly flexible — often compared to a relaxed muscle or the feel of gummy candy.

Please note: Top-heavy models, such as Mundir and Ferin, may not stand upright on their own in this softness.

In addition to our standard firmness (Shore 00), we also offer a firm option (Shore 08). This firmness feels similar to a flexed muscle and is slightly more durable than the standard softness. The toy remains flexible when needed, and handling can be easier in situations such as strap-on play.

At the moment, we do not plan to introduce additional firmness options, but this may change in the future.

Every toy comes with a free storage bag in the appropriate size. Each bag also includes a Neotori sticker.

We accept PayPal, most credit cards, direct bank transfer, and alternative payment methods such as SOFORT and iDEAL. Payments are processed securely through trusted providers like PayPal and Mollie to ensure a smooth and safe checkout experience.

Direct bank transfers usually take between 1–3 business days to arrive, depending on your bank and country. The payment is processed by our payment service provider, and as soon as it is received, your order is automatically released on our website.

We cannot offer custom shapes or modified versions of existing products. Our molds cannot be altered, so even small adjustments would require designing, 3D printing, processing, and creating an entirely new mold — essentially the same effort as developing a completely new toy. At the moment, we are fully focused on producing the new models already in our pipeline.

These extras are among the most frequently requested. They are already on our to-do list and will be added in the future.

Our parcels are usually delivered by the national postal service of your country. For heavier shipments that exceed certain weight limits, a local partner carrier may handle the final delivery. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships, and the tracking page will show which carrier is responsible for the delivery.

In Germany, all parcels are delivered by DHL.

Of course! All packages are shipped in plain brown boxes without any branding or identifiable markings.

For shipments within the EU, the shipping label only shows your address and our return address.

For destinations outside the EU, an additional customs label is required by law. It includes a brief description of the contents (declared as “silicone product”), the product value, and the package weight.

Tracking information is updated automatically. For international shipments, it may take a few days before the first tracking update appears.

Shipping times depend on the destination. Here are rough estimates for our regular destinations when using standard shipping:

Germany: 1–3 business days
Europe: 2–7 business days
USA: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Factors such as customs processing and holiday seasons can cause additional delays.

All international orders include tracking, so you can check the shipment status at any time.

For DHL Express shipments, delivery usually takes only a few days, depending on the destination.

We usually ship orders 2–5 business days after the payment has been received.

There may be slight delays during periods of high demand, such as when new models are released, during sales, or around holiday seasons. In most cases, this only adds one or two extra business days.

If anything causes a more significant delay, we will of course notify you.

Premade toys are usually dropped off for shipping on the next business day.

Shipping to a DHL Packstation within Germany is no problem. You just need to enter the correct address details. DHL provides a detailed guide here: DHL Packstation.

If you want to use a PO box or pick up your parcel at a post office, please check beforehand if this is actually possible. These services often require specific address formats (such as post office numbers or special postal codes). As long as delivery to that location is supported, we will ship accordingly.

For international destinations, delivery to pickup stations is possible if the national postal service or local carrier has access to them. For DHL Express shipments, delivery to DHL pickup stations is also available.

That is usually no problem, but please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment.

There will be no additional fees if you are ordering from within the EU.

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. If you are unsure, we recommend checking your local import rules.

For orders to the USA, the 15% US import duties are collected during checkout. These shipments are sent using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all import costs are prepaid and no additional fees are charged upon delivery.

We will not and cannot falsify customs documents for any reason.

You will receive several emails from us regarding your order. First, you will get an order confirmation including your invoice. Once your order has been shipped, a second email with the tracking information will be sent. After everything is completed, you will receive a final email confirming that your order was successfully processed.

It can be compaired to flexed muscle and is a little more durable than the standard option. It still bends if needed and handling improves in situations like strap on play.

There are no other firmness options planned for the near future, but it might change at some point.

We accept PayPal, most major credit cards via PayPal checkout and direct bank transfer.

Transfers within Germany usually take one, sometimes two business days.

It takes a little longer from every other country in the EU, mostly about 3-5 business days. You will receive an email from us once it arrives.

We can’t offer custom shapes or modified versions of existing products. Molds can’t be modified, so even a small change in shape would have to be designed, 3D printed, processed and molded to get a changed shape. It basically is the same process as creating a new toy is. And we currently have no time to realize the new models we have lined up.

 

These three extras are the most requested ones. We have them on our to-do list and they will be added at some point.

Our parcels are usually delivered by the national postal company of your country. If your parcel exceeds a certain weight limit, your parcel can also be delivered by DHL. Especially in Germany, Poland, Spain and Bulgaria all packages are delivered by DHL.

Parcels weighing more than 2kg are delivered by Hermes in the UK.

Parcels to the US are transported to the USA by DHL Express and delivered there by USPS.

Of course! The package is brown without any writings on it.

The shipping sticker states your and our mailing adress if sent to a destination inside the EU.

If the destination is outside the EU there will be a second sticker for customs with the package content (we declare it as a “silicone product”), the product price and its weight.
