Due to new U.S. customs regulations, a 15% import duty now applies to all silicone products imported into the United States. To keep the process simple and transparent, these fees are collected directly during checkout.
Your parcel will be shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means:

Good news – standard shipping to Canada is available again! 🎉 The Canada Post strike has ended, and services are back in operation.
Please note: Since a large backlog of parcels has built up during the strike, delays are still possible while Canada Post works through all pending shipments.
Of course, DHL Express remains available for faster and more reliable delivery.

Canada Post workers have gone on a nationwide strike starting September 25, 2025. The strike comes after disputes over government plans to restructure postal services — including cuts to door-to-door delivery and changes in rural post offices.
Because of this, Canada Post has suspended all mail and parcel processing across the country. No letters, packages, or standard shipments are currently moving, and some post offices are closed until further notice.
What this means for you:
Standard Shipping to Canada is on hold – we’ll keep your orders safe and send them out the moment postal services resume.
DHL Express is still available and working without disruptions, so if you’d like faster delivery, this option is ready to go.

As of August 29, 2025, the United States has ended its “de minimis” exemption for all incoming shipments valued under $800, a change that immediately impacts standard international shipping practices. Formerly tax-free, these packages will now incur full customs duties or a temporary flat fee for postal deliveries.
Due to the abruptness of this shift and the lack of clarity around implementation, all non-express shipping services are currently suspended. Consequently, we are only able to ship orders via DHL Express at this time. All other orders are being held temporarily until the situation stabilizes and shipping can resume under compliant terms.
We understand the inconvenience this causes and sincerely appreciate your patience. Rest assured, we are closely monitoring further developments and will promptly update our shipping policy as soon as we can safely offer alternatives again.

Update: We have fixed the error and the shipping costs should now be removed for all currencies once the threshold in Euro has been reached. The currency conversion takes place in the background.
There is currently a display error for reaching free shipping in the cart and checkout. Free Shipping is granted for an amount of 100 Euro (Germany) and 200 Euro (rest of the world). In the cart and checkout, free shipping is already displayed when reaching 100 or 200 currency units (all currencies), but the shipping costs are still charged.

We’re so happy to announce that this week we successfully implemented the Google Pay and Apple Pay wallets. From now on it is possible to pay with these two payment options.

We’re delighted to announce that you can now pay in British Pounds (GBP), Polish Zloty (PLN), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Australian Dollars (AUD), and Japanese Yen (JPY) in addition to Euro (EUR) and US Dollars (USD)! We are looking for artists to create characters and related art. Our main goal is to find a different artist for each of our models. All future pictures, graphics and projects of that character should be done in the same style, so it might not be a one-time gig.

While we have ideas and themes for some of the characters there is no actual concept art or ref-sheet available. So the design of the characters appereance is mostly dictated by your artistic freedom and imagination.
Payment either via PayPal or bank transfer (in Germany). We’ll need a proper invoice for taxes, an explanation on how to do it on PayPal will be provided if you need it. 🙂
Let’s take Finn as an example of the process: We only had a few ideas for Finn when we contacted @Masvlno. He should look friendly, punk-themed, something like a bionic prosthetic would be nice and his pose should be standing.
Everything else was left to Masvlno’s imagination. And after the character creation? Future projects like more illustrations, stickers, close ups and possibly nsfw-oriented pieces should have the same or very similar style of course.
So we’ll basically get back to you every time we need something attached to that character. If you are interested feel free to send an email to application[at]neotori.com. Further discussions can be via Discord as well, but we want applications arriving at a single point, hence the email address. A link to your gallery or channel to see some of your work would be nice. Commission info like prices and turnaround times are appreciated as well. We usually credit artwork and link to the artist if possible. If you don’t want us to do that simply let us know.
We will gather applications over two weeks, so don’t worry if we don’t get back to you instantly. Every email will be answered.
