Free Shipping Display Error

Update: We have fixed the error and the shipping costs should now be removed for all currencies once the threshold in Euro has been reached. The currency conversion takes place in the background.

There is currently a display error for reaching free shipping in the cart and checkout. Free Shipping is granted for an amount of 100 Euro (Germany) and 200 Euro (rest of the world). In the cart and checkout, free shipping is already displayed when reaching 100 or 200 currency units (all currencies), but the shipping costs are still charged.

We are working on a fix for the display error.

New currencies and payment options

I thought it might be time to write another short update so that everything stays up to date here.

We’re so happy to announce that this week we successfully implemented the Google Pay and Apple Pay wallets. From now on it is possible to pay with these two payment options.

We’ve added a few more currencies for you to choose from! We’re delighted to announce that you can now pay in British Pounds (GBP), Polish Zloty (PLN), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Australian Dollars (AUD), and Japanese Yen (JPY) in addition to Euro (EUR) and US Dollars (USD)! We’ve also added more payment options in these currencies. If you can use them for your order, you’ll see them in the checkout. For example, BECS will only show up if the billing address is in Australia and the order is paid in Australian dollars (AUD).

Update: Color Shipment Delay

Edit: All color pigments have arrived and there is no more delay.

We have now received a shipping confirmation from our shipper. We expect to receive the colors within the next 7 to 9 weeks. All orders with “Pearl Blue”, “Reactive Salmon”, “Reactive Blue”, “Midnight Sapphire” and “Navy Metallic” will be poured then. Of course you can change your colors at any time.

We apologize for this inconvenience, but we still believe that it is important that we use only the highest quality and safest materials for our products.

Color shipping delay

The colors “Pearl Blue”, “Reactive Salmon”, “Reactive Blue”, “Midnight Sapphire” and “Navy Metallic” are currently facing unforeseen shipping delays from our supplier. Regrettably, we have not received a confirmed delivery date from our supplier yet. However, please rest assured that as soon as we receive these colors, we will prioritize manufacturing orders containing them.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Inventory Drop Time Change!

Edit: We have changed the time back to the original time. The inventory drop will take place as usual at 6 pm CET.

Artists wanted!

Heya!

We are looking for artists to create characters and related art.
Our main goal is to find a different artist for each of our models. All future pictures, graphics and projects of that character should be done in the same style, so it might not be a one-time gig.

Here are some of the more important information

  • Every piece is commission based.
  • We wait in your queue like everyone else.
  • We own the full rights to every commission. You can still post it on your channels of choice, but you may not use it commercially. That’s our job. :3
  • While we have ideas and themes for some of the characters there is no actual concept art or ref-sheet available. So the design of the characters appereance is mostly dictated by your artistic freedom and imagination.
  • Payment either via PayPal or bank transfer (in Germany). We’ll need a proper invoice for taxes, an explanation on how to do it on PayPal will be provided if you need it. 🙂

Let’s take Finn as an example of the process:
We only had a few ideas for Finn when we contacted @Masvlno.
He should look friendly, punk-themed, something like a bionic prosthetic would be nice and his pose should be standing.

Everything else was left to Masvlno’s imagination. And after the character creation?
Future projects like more illustrations, stickers, close ups and possibly nsfw-oriented pieces should have the same or very similar style of course.

So we’ll basically get back to you every time we need something attached to that character. If you are interested feel free to send an email to application[at]neotori.com. Further discussions can be via Discord as well, but we want applications arriving at a single point, hence the email address.
A link to your gallery or channel to see some of your work would be nice. Commission info like prices and turnaround times are appreciated as well. We usually credit artwork and link to the artist if possible. If you don’t want us to do that simply let us know.

We will gather applications over two weeks, so don’t worry if we don’t get back to you instantly. Every email will be answered.

Stripe & iDeal

We’ve got some improvements to share! We’ve just added Stripe as a new payment gateway to our platform, making it easier for you to pay for your purchases online. Also in case you don’t be a fan of PayPal.

In addition to the new color options, we are also happy to announce that Fat Bob, has undergone a complete remodel and now features a brand new base. The updated base is a true masterpiece, enhancing the overall look of the toy.

Oh, and we’ve also implemented a newsletter that you’re welcome to sign up for. We inform there about new products, events and promotions. A few technical emails can be sent through it as well.

Free shipping and language options

We know that no one likes shipping costs. That’s why we decided that starting today, all orders over 75 Euro/US Dollar in Germany and all orders over 150 Euro/US Dollar will get free shipping. So why wait any longer? Your next favorite toy is already waiting for you :3

Furthermore, the website can now be viewed in Czech, Danish, Finnish, French, German, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish. The default language of the website is English, so there may be some strange translation problems.
