Quick advice on the firmness:
Soft is a lot more comfortable than firm, if you are used to silicone toys.
Firm offers a stronger vibration transfer though. If you are used to a hard-shell vibrator this might be a good option for you.
The hole supports vibes from 18mm to 25mm in diameter and is about 6cm deep.
