Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order products manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal requirements are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

For sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires if the hygiene seal has been removed after delivery.

For eligible non-custom-made products, withdrawal is possible within the statutory withdrawal period. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed or stated by us.
