Update 20.10.2026:
We are pouring toys again!
The new pouring room with a basic set of equipment is set up. While we are not at the full capacity by far, we can work on the backlog now. There are still molds and equipment we will replace over the next few weeks. But for now we are back at it again. The backlog should be gone by the end of the week and regular 3-5 days of processing times should apply again.
Thank you all for the patience. :3
Hey hey people!
We have some unfortunate news to share.
On Wednesday, a fire broke out in the motorbike workshop one floor below our main production room where all the pouring takes place. (nobody got hurt luckily)
While the fire didn’t spread into our room, the windows were shattered by gas tank explosions. The room then filled with smoke and water from the firefighting efforts, covering all workplaces and many molds in a slurry of soot, glass shards and water.
The damage unfortunately is quite extensive. About a third of our molds were drying from the washing step after pulling toys out of them, so they were not covered yet. Those are beyond cleaning/repair sadly. The room itself has suffered structural damage as well. It is unclear how much of the building will be demolished.
After emergency services secured the damaged floor and roof with support pillars we were allowed to remove our equipment. We are now working through the mess, cleaning what can be salvaged and replace what is ruined.
What does this mean for your orders?
We estimate about a week or two of delays on custom orders while we clean everything we were able to salvage and move the pouring workshop to another part of the building. We still have space left to work with left, it just is a bit more cramped.
Shipping on premades continues as usual, so if you are in a hurry consider to check those first.
Once we are back to normal we’ll let you all know. Sorry for the delay and thank you for your patience. :3
While it is a setback, it could have been much worse. Big props to the firefighters and everyone involved.
